Indonesia holds the position of countries with life expectancy (AHH) sixth in Southeast Asia. Sequence on it is Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, and Vietnam. AHH sequence is said by the Deputy Assistant Resources Disadvantaged Rural Development Ministry of Health, Dr. Hanibal Hamidi, MH, Kes is still low and is a reflection of the low level of public health. The health experts and professors from eight universities such as the University of Indonesia, Andalas University, Airlangga University, University of Mataram, Tanjung Pura University, University of Hasanuddin, Pattimura University, and the University of paradise Indonesia agreed that health problems can be overcome by doing a health revolution. Revolution is said by experts can be done by enforcing the five pillars of a healthy village. Among the pillars of the availability of doctors, midwives, sanitation, clean water, and adequate nutrition. Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Paradise, Dr. Pauline Watofa, SpRad, said unfortunately until now the five pillars of enforcement is still lacking. This is because there is no legal basis requiring the government to allocate a budget for the sector. "There must be a change in the budget to build the five pillars of a healthy village. Village actually had money., But as long as there is no legal basis for the area will not care," Pauline said when met at the seminar Revolution Revolution Toward Mental Health, Center for Japanese Studies UI, Depok, on Tuesday (10/07/2014). Pauline said in Papua itself, the area actually have the capital to build the five pillars of a healthy village. However, the head of the village headman was appointed there do not have the ability to manage the funds properly.
