Inter- Gang Crossfire in northern Mexico , 11 killed
Eleven people were killed in a shootout that occurred in northern Mexico . One of them is a politician from the opposition . Based on information reported by the Reuters news agency on Monday ( 29/09/2014 ) , the shootout occurred between gang Guachochi located near the city , southwest of the state of Chihuahua , Mexico . Own shootout occurred on Friday ( 29/9 ) last . The shootout was mentioned one of the bloodiest in recent months in northern Mexico . This region has become a bone of contention region of the gang , especially drug trafficking gangs . Even so , the violence in this region decreased much more than in 2010 and 2011 ago . Last week , the Attorney General's office said it is investigating the death of 22 members of the gang that a suspect who exchanged fire last June in Central Mexico .
